Q. Can you provide on-site security?
Yes, we can! We work closely with a trusted security firm who are very familiar with the event industry.
Q. Do I need to arrange insurance?
No EC Events are fully insured so don’t worry we’ve got you covered.
Q. Do you perform a risk assessment?
Yes, we carry out a full event & ride risk assessment.
Q. Do you provide staff to operate and attend the ride?
Yes, we will provide 1 ride operator and 1-2 ride attendants.
Q. How do we know if your rides are safe?
All our rides are tested annually by a fully certified ADIPS inspector, tests carried out are electrical, functional and NDT (non-destructive test). The ride is further inspected on every setup and before operation by our in house team any repairs needed are carried out by them immediately on-site and recorded in the maintenance logbook. Our customer's safety is our number one priority!
Q. How far will you travel?
We are an international company so anywhere in the world is possible!
Q. I’m not sure which rides to choose for my event, can you help?
Yes with many years of experience at all different events just provide us with a few details about your event and we can recommend which rides will work best.
Q. I’m unsure on how to arrange the rides at my event or how to fit everything in that I would like can you help?
Yes, we can provide you with a full site plan all you need to do is supply us with a few details of the event and the rides you would like to hire.
Q. What is included in the the hire fee?
Transportation costs, set up & dismantle, ride operator & attendants, a generator to power the attraction, insurance and all risk assessments. Unlimited rides for the agreed amount of people for the duration of the hire period.
